Dear Valued Customers.
As of now the U.S. Government and the European Union agreed on 15% tariffs on all sales to the U.S. Besides, the option of DeMinimis shipments to the U.S. (value under USD 800.00) have been canceled by the U.S. Government worldwide as of August 29th without any prior notice. This happened unexpected without any time to prepare ourselves. The result is, that our carrier DHL Premium (and most regular carriers worldwide) stopped all shipment to the U.S. as of Friday, August 22nd.
You will understand that it takes some time to sign new carrier contracts and to implement all new features into our system. Our entire team is working continuously to demonstrate those as soon as possible. But as this effects thousands of companies worldwide there is great demand and long lines everywhere.
To comply with U.S. regulations we have to inform you, that we will not be able to ship to the U.S. for a certain period of time.
