Shipping information
Usually orders of in stock items will be processed and shipped the next working day. If your order contains items out of stock, we will ship your complete order as soon as these items are on stock again, which means that we do not split your order.
Generally, products “in stock” will be processed the next work day. In the unlikely event, that any product of your order is “out of stock”, we will ship your entire order, as soon as all items are available again. We will not split your order.
Currently we ship all orders from our German Headquarters. Please allow a delivery time of around three weeks, as all orders are due to customs inspections.
Your order will be shipped as premium shipment with DHL and usually delivered by USPS at the US. Shipping & Handling costs are 40 USD per order. Any expedited shipping or other carriers than DHL are not available. We do not accept COD orders at this time.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation sent to the email address you provided, including a tracking link for your shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
To ensure we are providing the highest level of service, please confirm packing list matches the products you received upon receipt and let us know of any discrepancies as soon as possible so we can quickly investigate and make arrangements.
