If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase from PromaMedical, we will accept your return within 14 working days after reception of goods and refund your full product price, provided that items are returned in full, unopened, like-new, boxes in resalable-condition. Simply send an e-mail to info@mesoram.com to request a Return Material Authorization.
Unless it was our fault in sending wrong products, we will not reimburse for shipping costs and fees associated with S&H. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. If the return is our fault (e.g., due to an incorrect delivery), we will send you a free return label.
Non-stocked/special-order items are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer which may include a restocking fee or other restrictions. Refunds are based on purchase price. Purchase order or invoice number needs to be provided and verified.
